Charles Ilfeld's son Arthur built this imposing mansion in the Jacobethan Revival style, executed with steep roof gables, fine brickwork (also note the use of glazed terra-cotta), and towering chimneys. This is one of the best examples of Jacobethan architecture in New Mexico.
